Eye wash stations are essential safety and labor protection equipment, providing emergency and protective measures in situations involving toxic, corrosive substances like acids, alkalis, and organic materials.

During installation, it is important to avoid any collision with hard objects to prevent damage to the surface gloss of the eye wash station nozzle. Ensure that any debris in the pipeline is cleared before attaching the eye wash station nozzle.

If the water pressure is not lower than 0.02 MPa, after a period of use, if a decrease in water flow or even the water heater extinguishing is noticed, gently unscrew the diffuser mesh cover at the water outlet of the eye wash station nozzle to remove impurities. Additionally, avoid excessive force when operating the switch ball valve, gently turn it as needed, and do not overtighten or use the handle as a handrail. Regular maintenance is important for the eye wash station to increase its service life.

When using the eye wash station, the following points should also be noted:

  1. When rinsing other parts of the body, pull down the valve lever with your hand, and water will automatically spray from the shower head. After use, reset the lever by pulling it up.
  2. The eye wash station is used for temporary alleviation of the harm caused by hazardous substances to the body in emergency situations. Further treatment and guidance from a doctor should be followed.
  3. When using the eye wash station to rinse the eyes, simply push the hand-operated valve to allow clean water to spray from the eye wash nozzle. After use, reset the hand-operated valve and the dust cover.
